Guests receive all keypad code information in their Airbnb inbox, along with all the other information for their stay.

This will work within the Yale Access app and not require integration with Airbnb.

How it works

When Airbnb guests reserve a Yale-secured property, a keycode is automatically generated from check-in to check-out time, and shared with the guest via the Airbnb Messaging System. No need for you to set or manage codes.

If a reservation is changed or cancelled the original keycode is deleted and a new one is created. Once check-out time has passed, the code will no longer work at the property.
