We understand how important it is that your order arrives promptly. We provide multiple shipping options to fit your needs. 

Holiday Shipping Policy

To receive orders by December 25th:
Standard Shipping - Order by Dec 17th 12PM EST
Expedited Shipping - Order by Dec 19th 12PM EST

Our warehouse will be closed for the Holidays from December 24th, 25th, and 31st. Any orders placed during these dates will be processed once our warehouse reopens.

Standard Shipping Policy Lead Time
For US orders, standard order processing time before shipment is 3 business days (Monday - Friday) Please note, this does not include the time in transit. For Keyed Alike services, please add up to 2 additional business days.

For Canada orders, orders are shipped via standard international ground service, with estimated delivery in 12-14 business days. Tracking details may take up to 5 business days to appear on the carrier’s website.

Freight:
Title and risk of loss and damage pass to you upon our transfer or product to the carrier. You will be invoiced and agree to pay all higher freight charges for extra destinations and for a special carrier(s) designated by you. Shipping schedules are estimated only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delay in shipments. Discrepancies must be noted with the carrier upon receipt as they are your reasonability to claim.
